Join us for our comprehensive 5-day Ola LomiLomi Training Retreat. This program is designed for both beginners and advanced practitioners eager to learn and refine the art of LomiLomi.
Under the guidance of Kumu Pa'a Kawika Foster, participants will delve into authentic Hawaiian teachings, engaging in traditional Hawaiian ceremonies such as the creation of a healing Kuahu (shrine), saltwater cleansing rituals, and the Awa Ceremony.
The retreat will cover a range of techniques, including deep and gentle methods, underbody and cross-body techniques, as well as introductory skills in bone, joint, and pressure work.
This immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of LomiLomi within its cultural context, enhancing your healing practice in a serene and supportive environment.
This retreat is hosted by Marika Hug and supported by Beatrice Schneider
More than a LomiLomi retreat—this is an invitation to step into a living tradition, to join an ʻohana connected by the spirit of Aloha. Here, touch is more than technique; it is a language of presence, a pathway to well-being, and a connection to the wisdom of those who came before us.
Deepen your role as a conduit for healing, guided by the hands of your ancestors. This training goes beyond bodywork—it is a full immersion into the heart of LomiLomi, where learning is woven with ceremony, hula, and the nourishment of mind, body, and spirit.
Together, we celebrate, we move, we heal, and we grow.
