Mana Lomilomi Tour 22 Wrap Up
Mana Lomilomi Tour 2022 was such an incredible experience, from beginning to end. We started in the Loenen-Netherlands, continued on to Flumserberg-Switzerland, popped into Thun/ Bern, swept into Büllingen-Belgium, dropped in Erbach im Odenwald-Germany and danced out the Hula to finish in Oberriet, Switzerland.

A short film created by MANA O KAHIKO during this Molokai Huakaʻi (spiritual Journey) hosted by Mana O Molokai with Kumu Paʻa Lawrence Kalainia Kamani Aki & Kumu Paʻa Kyrian van Vliet with Kumu Paʻa Kathryn Roberts and Katy Castaneda. The purpose of this Huakaʻi was to let Makenna Schaaf, a 12 year old chanter and dancer feel the land and deepen her teachings in Hula, Oli, and Protocol. In full support of her lovely ʻOhana Mom Charlene and Dad Jerry, and brother Markus from California, United States.

Describes the spiritual significance of the Kalo or Taro plant, The importance of passing on the cultrue and knowledge to the next generation, and looking to the source that of our Elders. This was the second film created by PF Bentley. I just remember being soaked in tears after asking Anakala the interview questions that he so thoughtfully answers. Amazing.
