When we think of Darkness today, many of us attribute the darkness to something which is bad, scary, fearful, sinful or worse evil.

In order to bring the Darkness into the fullness of our understanding we must first recognise the illusion of separation we have been taught. It is not easy to let go of the concept of separation especially in these times. Separation stems from the belief that we were Created.

In the teachings of Our Ancestors, Po is the Darkness. It is also the place of Origin. In this knowing we are Born. In Birth we are reminded of our Connection. You need only lift your shirt and look at your belly button to be reminded of your Connection to everything around you, your Family, your Mother and the Darkness from which we were all Born. 

Po is also the realm of Our Ancestors. The realm we return to when we die. From the first inhale of Life at the time of our Birth to the last exhale of Life at the time of our Death is our path, our journey in the remembrance of Our Connection.
